How does The Missouri Bank protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Employees are also bound by our policies to access customer information only for legitimate business purpose and to keep your personal information confidential.

How does The Missouri Bank collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  • Open an Account or Deposit Money
  • Apply for Internet Banking or Apply for a Loan
  • Use your Debit Card or Apply for a Debit Card

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • The Missouri Bank will occasionally joint market with Fiserv EFT our Debit Card provider. We will not disclose any non-public information except as permitted by law.

Other important information

Your customer relationship is important to us. We will not disclose any non-public personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law.
